You asked, so we are trying it! This Skito Natural pad is made as a FRONT LOAD to accommodate our round skirt bob marshall community who are not a fan of top loads. It does not come with inserts as is, but please don't hesitate to reach out if you would like a set of inserts it in (1/2" or 3/4" would change the price to $245, 1" would be $255).
